We’ve got you covered every step of the way! You’ll get an email when we receive your order, another when it ships (with tracking info), and one last happy note when it arrives — so you can check your mail and get excited.
We ship all orders via USPS — good old-fashioned happy mail. Everything is packed with care and sent on its way using the best USPS option for your order.
We love a good in-person hello! If you’d like to place an order for pickup at a market or show, email Tracy@ZinniaSkyStudio.com with the details and you can pay and pick up when you arrive. Be sure to send it no later than 4pm the day before you want to pick up. After that, it might get missed in the excitement. Orders placed through our website will head straight to the mail and aren’t available for event pickup.
We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right. Because of the nature of paper goods, we don’t offer returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Absolutely. Our greeting cards and paper goods love being gifts. If you’d like to include a note, just let us know — we’re happy to help make it extra special.

Yep! All of our cards come with a coordinating envelope, ready to send some happy mail.
Most orders head out within 1–3 business days. During especially busy seasons, it may take a touch longer — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Every now and then, mail takes a scenic route. If tracking pauses or things feel slow, it usually resolves itself. And if not, just let us know — we’re always happy to help get your happy mail back on track.
We get it — one more card can be tempting! If you just placed your order and want to add something, reach out immediately and we’ll let you know what’s possible. We don’t have access to payment details, and once orders start moving, changes may not be available.

Not at this time. Our collection features designs we can offer consistently — but there’s lots of personality to choose from.
